About DocBuilds

DocBuilds is a leaderboard of open-source documentation generators. It’s run by Plaindocs, creator of quality API documentation. It was partially inspired by a conversation with @lucapette.

DocBuilds source-code is available on Github and you’re more than welcome to contribute as long as you follow the guidelines. DocBuilds is built with Middleman and started as a clone of StaticGen.

About StaticGen

StaticGen is a leaderboard of the top open-source static site generators. It’s run by BitBalloon, a hosting service for static websites, as a way to promote a static approach to building websites. The source-code is available on Github.
